  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar (for topping)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1.5 tbsp butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop the Jazz apple into small cubes and place them in a ramekin. Add melted butter, raw sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix until well coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, raw sugar, and cinnamon for the crumble topping. Add melted butter and mix until small clumps form.
  4. Spoon the crumble over the apple mixture in the ramekin.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling at the edges. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
