  • 8 oz large pasta shells
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and stir gently to coat.
