  • ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled and cubed Russet potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and mash until smooth.
