Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin pans with cupcake liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until blended.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients carefully without overmixing. Chill the batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
