  • Green bell pepper, sliced

  • Soy sauce
  • Cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water)

  • Green onions, chopped
  • Black pepper
  • Steamed white rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in sliced bell peppers and minced garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes.
