  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each chicken breast to about ½ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. Layer two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or twine.
  4. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs mixed with milk, and another for panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.

  8. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter, whisk in flour until smooth, gradually add milk while stirring until thickened, then incorporate Swiss cheese until melted.
  9. Serve the chicken rolls drizzled with Swiss cheese sauce.
