  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar (optional)
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  5. Combine Ingredients: Return chicken to the pan with zucchini, add oyster sauce, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
