1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
1 cup diced onion
¾ cup bread crumbs
⅓ cup broth
2 eggs
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¾ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, broth, eggs, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf or press it into a greased loaf pan.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
