  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the egg, pumpkin puree, sugars, coconut oil, sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg until combined.
