  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 5 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked (7-10 minutes).
  4. Blend cooked cauliflower, half of the chicken, and seasonings in a blender until smooth; add water or broth as needed.
  5. Return sauce to the skillet over low heat; add remaining chicken and crispy turkey bacon, stirring gently to combine. Heat through for about 5 minutes before serving.
