  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned chicken strips until golden and fully cooked; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and milk; bring to a simmer. Stir in Velveeta until melted.
  4. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth; season to taste. Combine linguine with the sauce, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
