  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add pasta, beef broth, and ranch seasoning; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Lower heat; stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
