  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Cook twisted pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and paprika until coated.
