  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Thaw peas and cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop into small pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, thawed peas, chopped turkey bacon, and grated parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir gently until well-coated.
