  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Honey
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: beat eggs in one bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in another.
  4. Coat each chicken piece first in the seasoned flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry chicken pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
