  • 1 (15oz) can pure pumpkin puree or 2 cups homemade pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pie crust and transfer it to a pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs until beaten. Add sugars, pumpkin puree, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, spices, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) without opening the door and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
