  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream to thicken and set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil, sauté garlic, add chicken broth and soy sauce. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
