  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (white or rice vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (slurry for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the chili sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Combine cornstarch and water in another bowl to create a slurry.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook the chicken with garlic powder and onion powder for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sauce mixture; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens.
  6. Warm tortillas briefly; assemble by layering veggies and glazed chicken.
  7. Roll tightly and slice if desired before serving.
