  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 15 oz can chili starter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 strips turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 12 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 medium white onion (diced)
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (diced)
  • Frito’s Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cooked ground chicken until smooth. Stir in the drained tomatoes, chili starter, spices, and one cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped turkey bacon; return to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Garnish with diced green onions before serving with Frito Scoops.
