  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter; sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti in the skillet to coat with the lemon garlic butter.
  6. In a small pan over low heat, melt another 2 tbsp butter; add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
  7. Pour sauce over spaghetti; mix in cooked chicken. Serve warm with fresh parsley.
