  • 10 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
