1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
10 oz rotini pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook rotini in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until creamy.
