  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente; drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

  5. Combine rigatoni with the provolone cream sauce; serve topped with steak.
