  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry each cutlet for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Let rest on a plate.
