  • 8 oz linguine
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 5 tbsp butter (divided)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant. Add lemon zest and juice.
  4. Stir in cooked linguine, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until combined.
  5. Return chicken to skillet to heat through before serving.
