  • 1 heaping cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chai spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt. Pulse briefly.
  3. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cold heavy cream and eggs; gradually add to the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface; shape into a disc and freeze for 30 minutes.
