  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup beef broth (or milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cup ketchup (or BBQ sauce)
  • Light brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, panko, broth, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and spices until just mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup and light brown sugar; spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
