  • 1/2 lb radiatori pasta
  • 6 ears grilled corn (kernels removed)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the radiatori pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Grill the corn over high heat until slightly charred, then cut the kernels off the cobs.
