Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two greased 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the mixture until just combined.
