  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until well combined.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on it.
  3. Place the cheese mixture on top of the cheddar sprinkle and cover it with the remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in cling wrap and use rubber bands to shape it into a pumpkin form.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Remove rubber bands and cling wrap; top with a bell pepper stem.
