  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (divided)
  • 1 ½ cups Cool Whip (divided)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreo cookies and combine them with melted butter. Press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish and freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate layer by mixing chocolate pudding with half of the milk, then fold in half a cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze again for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry layer, blend cream cheese, sugar, remaining milk, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip before spreading over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with extra Cool Whip if desired, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least four hours.
