  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box (14 ounces) crushed Nilla Wafer cookies
  • 16 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Nilla Wafers. Mix until well blended.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper. Drizzle remaining chocolate over truffles for decoration.
