  • Steamed white rice
  • Chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by gathering them together.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken breast pieces, cubed potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, mixed dried herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). For skillet cooking: Add the mixture and sauté for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and potatoes are tender. For oven roasting: Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  4. During the last few minutes of cooking, add sliced red and green bell peppers to the skillet or baking tray.
