  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, and cutting the lamb into chunks.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
