120g ground beef
2 eggs
Cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
Sliced avocado
1 tsp chili oil
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp Tajín seasoning (or chili-lime spice)
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Add chopped tomatoes to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Crack the eggs carefully and cook sunny side up or over-easy based on preference.
Assemble the bowl: layer the cooked beef mixture in the bowl, top with sliced avocado sprinkled with Tajín and drizzled with sriracha, and place the fried eggs on top.
