  • 3/4 cup honey

  4. Lower the heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes until thickened, stirring often.
  5. Fill jars with hot butter, leaving 1/4 inch headspace; wipe rims clean.
  6. Seal jars tightly and process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool jars undisturbed for 12-24 hours before checking seals.
