  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce (substitute with soy sauce)
  • 2.5 teaspoons sweet soy sauce (substitute with regular soy sauce)
  • 2.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (for chicken)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ground peanut
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breast into strips and combine with marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
