  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 3 cans tuna in water (drained)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (defrosted)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced fine)
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (about 15 minutes). Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced red onion, and defrosted peas.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently mix to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, seasoning salt, and sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
