  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 3 & 1/2 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) French vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1/41/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • 46 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • Crushed pistachios for 'moss' in dirt & rocks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix; set aside.
  2. Crush Oreos using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in vanilla extract.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; mix in thickened pudding.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
  6. Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of your serving dish followed by half of the creamy filling; repeat layers and top with remaining Oreos.
  7. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
