  3. Using an electric mixer, combine vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in shredded zucchini. If too dry, add water gradually until you reach a thick batter.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until they spring back when touched.
  6. Allow to cool before frosting with a simple mixture of melted butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
